Administrative Assistant

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for :

  • Greeting and welcoming guests that enter our office
  • Maintaining supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
  • Maintain break room and other common areas within the office
  • Sort distribute and process mail, faxes, inter-office mail and courier pick up/deliveries
  • Placing lunch orders/running office errands
  • Supporting all branches of the company with requests
  • Other general administrative tasks that the Executive Leadership Team needs help with

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse group of staff
  • Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Solid organizational, time-management and follow-up skills
  • Enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to multi-task
  • A sense of humor is always a plus!
