Sales Support

Sales Support is responsible for :

  • Completing basic support tasks for sales and billing departments
  • Processing quote and order requests for internal sales teams
  • Entering detailed order information into proprietary CRM database
  • Attaching relevant documentation (quotes, contract, email communication) to new orders and/or opportunities
  • Assisting with auditing customer account detail and developing reports in Microsoft Excel.
  • Office Management is responsible for:
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies including refreshments and office materials
  • Assisting Executive Leadership Team with assigned projects as requested
  • Greeting visitors
  • Overall management of office meetings and internal needs as requested

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school graduate or equivalent. Some college preferred
  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Administrative or clerical work supporting multiple departments preferred

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and computer proficiency
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow through with task assigned.
  • Self-starter that works with little to no daily direction
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Solid organizational, time-management and follow-up skills
  • Enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to multi-task
